Banquet Room Features
The Banquet Room rental fee includes an event of up to 6 hours and prior access to the room for decorating, deliveries, etc. We can Accommodate up to 250 guests depending on the seating arrangement or 160 for a reception style dinner and dancing. Our round tables seat 8 guest each. All tables, chairs and white linens are included. Colored linens and chair covers can be rented for an additional charge. Complimentary room setup provided by Memories staff; and as always we go that extra mile to serve you by providing an attendant on duty at each function for your convenience and to accomodate your needs.

Food
Unlike many banquet facilities, there is no extra charge at Memories if you arrange your own catering or bring in your own food. However, as part of your rental agreement, we can arrange catering services for you if requested. Memories offers a list of reputable caterers to assist you with your event.
Note: Memories does not provide ice. Patrons must bring their own ice.
Alcohol
Memories does not currently offer alcoholic beverages for sale. The sale of alcohol or alcohol related tickets, vouchers, coupons, etc is prohibited. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages to serve at your event; however, we are not liable for any alcohol related incidents. We do ask that you and your guests drink responsibly.
Decorations
You are welcome to decorate and we will try to accommodate any special requests that you may have. We ask that you do not use any materials that would cause damage to surfaces, such as tacks, staples, nails, etc. We can also provide a list of reputable and affordable florists, decorators and event planners.
Free Wi-Fi
Memories offers free wireless internet access.
Clean Up
A $100 clean up fee may be required on certain events as determined by Memories management.
Parking
There is ample free parking available.
Audiovisual Services
Sound equipment can be rented for $50 for up to 6 hours. Please see our staff for details regarding the sound system. Memories also offers a list of reputable vendors upon request.

Memories is wheelchair accessible. Our staff will work hard to address any additional special needs.
